For those York Staters who are not avid New York Times readers ("all the news that's fit to print" only sporadically includes upstate) there is an interesting article about Cheese Museums in New York State that sheds some light on our agicultural history, our cultural present, and our economic and political realities. Yes, New York State has more than one Cheese Museum.
